September is over, and I ended up being more productive than I expected, making 10 animations in total. Technically, I even made 11, if you count the two scenes with D.va
There was also one animation I scrapped:
Now, for the plans ahead: I feel like the look of my animations has improved, especially the lighting and composition. The last four animations turned out nicely in this regard, especially compared to my earlier longer works, like Ashe's wedding or the recent Widowmaker piece. In my opinion, those projects had flat lighting, uninspired environments, and limited camera angles. Honestly, rushing to meet deadlines led me to cut corners — like the looped scenes with no climax
From now on, I'm not gonna announce a release date when I'm only 30% done. I'll share WiPs as I go, and sometimes switch to shorter animations when I need a break. Keeps it all a lot more manageable. Speaking of which, here's a quick one with Widow that's coming soon:
