Update 2021/12/07: Modeus is a winner! Also, I'll consider Ochako and Mina as they are sharing second place in this particular "Character Selection Vote" as well as in "Twitter Sympathy Vote" ( ￣ ω ￣ )

Let's decide what character to draw next (something similar to what I did with Toga and Toky in two previous post) while «Toga being dominated» is in progress  (it was powered by vote poll).
