this is werelupe king from a ps2 game called neopets: the darkest faerie! he was the winner for october's poll, as suggestion from patron Blackguard Bunny! honestly didnt expect him to win because his wiki page only has 3 paragraphs and only 9 fanart on e621 lol. But he is pretty cute, and love his line "Hello, Meat". I guess he truly likes meat :p
