Squisher v2.0

I've been working on my Squisher node for the past couple of weeks, and I think it works pretty well now. To take full advantage of the node, I have updated my skin shader as well, to take a map from this node and add additional contact shadows to the skin.

Note that the node ONLY works for interactions between different meshes and not on the mesh it's applied to.
