[ Animation ] 12, Part 2: “The Mad Boober”

After some delay due to technical issues I was having compressing this video down, I am now posting the final result about 2 days later than I had hoped. The flashing lights scenes from 1:12 to 1:35 serious choked my free version of DiVinci Resolve, so I had to quickly learn Premiere just enough to achieve this task. (MANY thanks to ReadyArt for his help in narrowing down the issue and helping me the problem!)

Here is the second part of my latest animated short, "The Mad Boober," which is based on a B.E. illustration I had created in 2017. This second clip contains 52 seconds of NEW animation (0:43 - 1:35 ), as well as some art and sound adjustments in the first 34 seconds, and includes a small bit of storyboard at the end.

The last scene shown in this clip (which is NOT the last scene of the movie! More to come!) still has more work to be done.

Part 2 : This month I...

Created all the NEW art for the animated sequences you see in this part.

Rigged and animated 52 seconds of movie.

Total Part 2 runtime : about 2 min 28 seconds.

As mentioned in a previous post, this project will be a multi-month production, though I hope it doesn't take as long as "PriorTITy Delivery," however, I am making this much more detailed than that one.
