November 2025 Patreon Exclusive

"Bound to Winter Itself"It's still definitely November, and here is my celebration of the coming winter ;)As I wrote in the update post, this one gave me a hard time. I had started in with a totally different vibe for this piece. The wolf was fiercely baring his fangs and reaching out towards the viewer, as if we had just stumbled on their tie. It was a night piece, illuminated by the warmth of a nearby fire. However, as I kept working on it, it started to feel much too similar to a few Patreon Exclusives that I've done in the past. With these monthly paintings, I try to give you guys something unique that can stand apart from the pieces that came before. With that spirit in mind, I went back to the drawing board and fell in love with the colors of a sunrise piercing through a winter grove. Thus, this piece came about!
