twenty-fifth Toontober entry, featuring Charlie B. Barkin & itchy from All dogs go to heaven. There's something about Don Bluth's style that appeals to me, but I'm not sure what it is. It's also possible I'm already mixing styles, but hey, I'm in a hurry every day. >.<
