Ningguang ANIMATION RELEASE 4k

HI all, this is the 4k Ningguang animation release, hope you like it. 

 Also im planing to expand the benefits from TIER 2 and TIER 3, adding the participation of tier 2 on the polls, and adding extended versions for TIER 3 user.  Ill let you know more about it soon.
