[WIP and annoucement] January Reward 2026 part 2

I decided to pause the billing cycle because I think I can't make the reward in time, so the February reward is skipped. actually I want some time to rest too.

The paid gold and Platinum tier still get the January reward when Finished so you don't need to worry about this. Only new member that want this reward will be charged the first time they join.

Around March, I will annouce for character poll again.
