Soft Light v1.0

Dealing with lighting is always a challenging task and lights can do a lot more than meets the eye. For easier control, I put together this lighting node, which works for both normal lamps, sun lamps and world lighting.

Features

- Adjust the softness of your light for smoother shadows and more natural illumination (area/spot/sun lights)

- Control how far light travels through the scene (area/spot lights)

- Independently adjust the tint and intensity of:

- Diffuse lighting

- Specular highlights

- Transmission

- Indirect lighting

The blend file comes with ready-to-use examples featuring:

- Area Light setup

- Sun Lamp setup

- World Lighting setup
