I'm back! I've been back for a few days but I had to do some stuff before fully getting back to it. I kept it simple with the environment this time, I couldn't think of anything that made sense so I thought "eh, maybe there's just brick walls." To make it a bit more interesting I added some planes to cast shadows on the dragons and also some fake shadows on the wall (because I couldn't make the shadows I wanted with real shadows >_>)
The rectangles that are crossing in an X are gobos (which are like, things put in front of light sources specifically to make interesting shadows if you're unfamiliar with the term) but the lines on the walls in the back are fake shadows, they just mix a transparent and a black emission shader.
I hate doing something that simple but the characters take up so much of the screen that you couldn't see much of a beautiful, complex environment anyway.
Anyway it's attached below! I'm feeling great though, I touched grass, I saw family, had a great time, I'm in an animation mindset, ready to work on some lewd, freaky animations.
