Mostly changed Tier descriptions and the About section to reflect the current offerings better.
I still wanna bring back both the Large Chest tier with suggestions and the second poll for the month, so I'm trying to figure out how to do this and not potentially soil my pants if there's a bad couple months for me mentally and I fail to deliver.
