This character design is based on Chelodoy's Tsareena.

Most of the work went into the eyes because mouth wasn't really that important. However I did add basic mouth expressions anyways... just in case.

Super simple, she's basically Caillou without the accessories.

Besides the outfit you see I made an extra adaptation of her original outfit.

Nothing too complex. Very simple outfit but it works ;3
