Roulette time! of my OCs = v=aThe basic is almost the same as applying for character poll.

The application period is basically the same as the Character Poll.So Deadline is December 8th 00:00 am in U.S. timeline!

3. If you have a specific situation or background, please fill it out as well. It helps me draw background or props.
