What counts as dressed enough? Depends on local law. The local legislators here might be perverts...

Trying something new with the text. I'd like it to not look so much like shit, and I honestly don't know why it took over a fucking year for me to figure out how to at least partially do that. But what's your opinion - is this readable enough?
