Through a connected hose, the Mistress extracts life force from the wretched female slave. The slave realizes she has been deceived, but it is already too late. Ultimately, she loses her life, and it is converted into an elixir of life. The Mistress drinks the finished elixir and regains her youth. However, the sacrifice of the slave who became the ingredient for the elixir is, to her, merely something to be expected, and is by no means an object of gratitude.
