An unofficial patch that restores cut content, and seeks to replicate the features and visuals of the pre-release footage. Full list of changes below.

Okay, time to drop the act. This is legit the end. The "Lotinging" animations with Lightning's normal face restored. There's nothing new, unlike the previous post, and it's certainly not a fever dream like the first post of the day. I didn't want to end it on the anti-climax that was just these animations. Because, let's be real, these animations are garbage. Easily some of the worst of the whole thing. You could chalk it up to my anti-Lightning bias, but that's just how I feel about them. In contrast, the previous post's content is actually miles better. Mainly because I actually had the sudden ispiration and actual DESIRE to make them. When I got multiple people asking me to make more Lightning - as retribution and compensation as one person put it - I got that idea. You can cry foul that it's not what you wanted, but you really should have specified what you wanted specifically. I imagine there's one animation in that video that - when I get a chance to check these posts later - people will be salty about and want me to remove. That was the desired effect. Besides, we all know deep down that that's how it would go.

What else... I strongly considered spacing these posts out across three days, but I decided not to. Consider it a mercy that they were just hours apart. Honestly, the 'RickRoll' bit was going to be the whole video at first, but I got bored making shitty little dance things and was running out of time. I came up with the idea to do the dumb horror thing Saturday, but I couldn't reasonably fill out the whole 2 minutes so I threw Skyrim in there because I'm unoriginal. I would say to consider that whole thing a glimpse into my mental state after this whole project. I.e., pretty good. Nothing unusual or out of the ordinary.

Still, this whole thing has been an experience. Ups and downs quality-wise, some good old fashioned trolling and me getting to know some of you guys a bit better. Whether you loved or hated this whole thing, I hope at the very least there was something about it that you enjoyed. This was my attempt to satisfy the many requests for the many Final Fantasy characters I've gotten throughout the years. My interest is admittedly with a handful of characters, so a good chunk of these characters would probably have never seen the light of day if I didn't do this. They're far from perfect, and many are lacking, but if even one person was happy to finally see one character finally get content, I am happy. That's really all I wanted from this in the end.

Anyway, Saturday is gonna be a follow-up post with the survey and some random thoughts. My full retrospective will be on the following Saturday, where I go over the 1st week survey results and just kind of ramble about the project in various manners as well as talk about the animations I actually liked in the pack, as well as the animations I hated. Will probably be long winded, so I actually am gonna start reviewing and writing up my thoughts this week so I can prune it down to something concise instead of it being a full stream of conscious ramble. Beyond that, there will be more poll animations this June on the 1st and 15th, and then my official 'return' to normal releases will be on June 17th. Can scarcely believe it's already almost been a year since I started the Fanbox/SubscribeStar bit. Do note, I am NOT going to have anything special for an anniversay. I'm... I'm good on anniversary stuff for the year.
