Pixiv isnt responding at all, Moving it to April

For some reason, even asking for account delete pixiv isnt reply at all, so i figured its something wrong with the system or something like that, imma not delete this account yet and try to find out why i cant even contact pixiv at all

ill move the deadline on making and switching the new pixiv account somewhere around april.
