People abroad who can no longer pay via paypal./paypalのルール変更について

PayPal rules have changed and new payments have become more stringent.
We would like to know how many people who have been supporting us will no longer be able to support us as a result of this change.
We would also like to consider where we can support people overseas.
Please could you contact us in the comments section if you think it is going to be more difficult to support us in the future?

この変更により、これまでご支援いただいていた方々のうち、どれだけの方がご支援いただけなくなるのか知りたいです。
