Sorry for the long delay posting - for the past several weeks, I have been coding an improvement to the menu that will let you mix-and-match whichever pages you like (+ menu optimizations) and it has been eating all my free time up.
I was hoping to have it done two weeks ago, but fixing the last few issues took longer than I expected...it is around 95% now, and the next mod I release (currently planned for Arcane) should use the new system. Then, I will update older mods to include it as well.
Still, I want to make sure everyone is able to use the current mods in 1.4 while I am putting the finishing touches on the new menu system, so I spent the last two days fixing them for 1.4

Endmin, TangTang, Yvonne, Zhuang and MiFu should be fully fixed. Rossi is mostly fixed, but some tail toggles are not currently working since how they function have changed. Gilberta and Chen have not broken as far as I can tell. The breakage this time was more significant, so please let me know if you see any issues.
Make sure you also download the newest version of the RabbitFX library as well.
