I figured I've been doing this comic long enough that I can do some callbacks at this point, and that scene from pages 39-46 is one that I'm glad I could touch up on and dive a little more into how it was for Nera. I've been doing more serious moments as the series goes on, but this is the first time I feel I've gone more into emotional territory. It's a very different vibe when writing it and it feels like I have to be more careful with it; like you can't push the subject too little or too hard, have to find the sweet spot. I'm piecing together in my head how I want Luci's and Asi's interactions with Nera to go and I think it'll lead to some fun character development for Nera.
