30 FPS or 60 FPS?

New video is almost ready, I will publish it tomorrow or Saturday.While preparing my video for publishing, I learned to make 60 fps animation. Now I need your opinion to decide something.I will put for you a file "Test", inside are two short videos with the same animation. The first one is 30 fps. The other one is 60 fps. Watch both, and decide which one is better.
