WIP 10% Magisa (December 2018's Batch)

Magisa the big boing boing bahoongas witch from Granblue Fantasy.

I intended this one to be somewhat a rough quality, so I wouldn't clean up the lines that much, so hopefully it should not take that long to finish up. I'm trying my best to work full speed this past few months!
