Next IRL ASMR coming up! (+tummy pic/gym arc update 🏃‍♂️🏋️‍♀️)

Working on this month's IRL ASMR and plan to get it out later today or tomorrow~

Also free tummy pic to motivate all of you who started workout arcs with the new year to KEEP IT UP AND DON'T GIVE UP!! 🔥 It's going to be hard and discouraging for awhile, but once you finally start seeing visual progress, it only motivates you to keep it up and adapt it as part of your lifestyle <3 For me, appearing on camera more was my whole motivation to start taking exercising seriously. I think if you can just find that special reason that actually pushes you, it'll make things easier.

Another thing that motivated me, which I don't think I really mentioned, was Ryan Trahan's Airbnb series on YouTube last summer. Highly recommend the series, but he made it a point to run a mile in every state he visited, and seeing it daily kinda just pushed me to start running too :3 So whenever I run, I aim for a mile. Eventually you build up endurance to where a mile feels like nothing, which is an amazing confidence boost. Anyways I'll stop yappin. Hope you enjoy my scuffed IRL vid~
