Update v0.9.1 plus beta room

Got a quick public update out with some critical bug fixes and balance changes out, so as usual here's the same update with beta room access for you all. Cannoneer enemy will be coming next to the Patreon build, plus probably a much more robust debugger with extra options and features like being able to move between levels and spawn new enemies. After that there will be even more brand new content coming, so stay tuned!

(Edit: Link above has been updated to the v0.9.1.1 version which corrects another bug with extra padding not functioning properly)
