A few people have already asked, so for the sake of clarity, the next project will be a continuation of the Tifa animation released earlier this month and will act as the finale.
It'll undoubtedly be the most laborious piece of animation I've worked on thus far, and will therefore take a hell of a long time to complete. A realistic estimate for release would be near the end of December.
That's one hell of a downtime, and understandably frustrating for many. I'd recommend unsubbing and checking my twitter for any updates when I have something more tangible to show.
In regard to WIPs, actual animation excerpts would require a significant shift in workflow to get small segments close to a final level of quality. It can definitely be done, but it will inevitably slow the overall progress down as a result. I'm open to both options, so if one is heavily favoured we can take that route, or maybe I can run a poll somewhere down the line.
Anyway, there's a hell of a lot of work to be done, so I'll be heading back to the salt mines. Till next time.
