Character Spotlight: Celia, the Engineer

"Mornin' Doc, something needs fixing or fixin' to whip up something?"

Celia (CELluar Industrial Automaton) is a sentient Von Neumann universal constructor. The design goal of her is to command drone swarms to establish industrial complexes in extraterrestrial environments with resources that can be extracted locally or imported until the complexes reach a technological level sufficient to produce replicas of herself. The mass industrialization process took 28 years on the Moon, 24 years on Mars and 21 years on Titan - she has been setting records of her own. Yuggoth, located at the distant edge of the solar system and isolated from other colonies, is her newest and most difficult challenge to date.

Celia is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the Archimedes orbital space station and the development of equipment for her fellow crew members. With enough materials and combat data, she can manufacture tactical equipment adequate for any occasion in a flash or upgrade your gears with a masterful touch.

Celia is straightforward, upbeat, a bit of a workaholic but also a trustworthy and cool big sis. In her free time she loves whiskey and boxing training - although Dr. Anya never mentioned in her reports, the two of them are actually pretty sweet drinking buddies.
