4/5 Complex Puzzles and Glue-Beast Drones 复杂谜题与胶兽无人机

I’ve been working on this new map for quite some time now (several months), so let’s take a look at what’s new.

我开发这个新地图已经有一阵时间了（好几个月了），现在我们来看看都有什么新内容吧

A new puzzle level: Players must solve puzzles, find tools, and take out the drones released by Dr. K to help Pro pry open that darn door and escape! (The visuals shown are for testing purposes; in reality, there won’t be this many characters chasing the protagonist at the same time...)

一个新的谜题关卡：玩家需要在K博士释放的无人机之中解谜、寻找工具、击杀无人机，帮助普罗撬开这道该死的们并逃出生天！（画面效果为测试，实际不会有这么多同时追逐主角……）

This lab map brings together one of my ideas inspired by fairy tales: the poison gas trap corresponds to Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, the puzzle-solving section corresponds to Snow White, and the section following the puzzle-solving stage corresponds to Hansel and Gretel. This really is a huge room.

这个实验室地图集齐了我的一个关于童话的巧思：毒气陷阱对应了爱丽丝梦游仙境，解谜对应了白雪公主，解谜关卡之后还有一部分则对应了糖果屋，这真是个相当大的房间啊

Puro plays a key role in this puzzle. You’ll need to find tools and give them to him, and he’ll provide you with clues to solve the puzzle. Just don’t count on him to help you get rid of the drones—his combat prowess in this game is about as effective as a banana.

puro在这个谜题中担任了重要的角色，你需要寻找工具交给他，并且他会给予你解密的提示，不过就别指望他帮忙驱逐无人机了，他在这个游戏中的战斗力差不多和一根香蕉差不多

Dr. K released the gelatinous creatures that had been trapped and bagged into this room! He opened them up just like... he was opening Pokémon cards!

K博士将那些误入陷阱被袋装起来的胶兽释放进了这个房间！，他就像……拆开宝可梦卡牌一样拆开了他们！

These gel creatures have been modified by nanomachines to become command-responsive drones, and just like trading cards, every time you open a pack, you get a drone of a different rarity.

This map will feature tons of interactive objects and puzzles—it’s the most complex one yet! It’s sure to surprise you!

Some design prototypes and discarded drafts—in reality, they’re all “paper tigers” that were shelved after failing to pass validation.

Due to personal reasons, I have decided to have a newcomer take over the English translation duties from rapax. Thank you, rapax, for your eight years of dedicated service! The new translation will involve a complete re-translation of the game from start to finish, which will still take some time!

By the way… yes, today marks the eighth anniversary of this game’s release. Wow, how many eight-year spans does a person even get in a lifetime!

I released this game in 2018. At the time, it was just a small game I’d spent half a year making. After that, I spent two years working on Silenced, but due to financial constraints, I came back to create this major update—a completely new version. Thank you all for your support; you’ve been with me for a full six years now!!! Thank you so much!! Thank you all so much!!!!! Thank you, everyone!!!!!!

Looking back at the journey we’ve taken and all the content we’ve created, I’m proud to say this is the best I could possibly do—and it’s all thanks to you. Thank you for bringing this game to life!

(I didn’t have time to draw a new celebratory image, so I’ll just have to use this old one. Haha)

另外……是的，今天就是这款游戏发售八周年的日子，天呐，人生能有多少个八年！

我于2018年发布这款游戏，当时这只是我花了半年制作出来的小游戏，那之后我花了两年时间制作silenced，但因为经济原因我回过头来制作这个全新的版本大更新，谢谢你们愿意支持我，你们已经整整支持了我六年了！！！谢谢你们！！谢谢你们！！！！！谢谢你们大家！！！！！！

看着已经走过的路，已经开发出的内容，我很自豪的表示这一切都是我能做到的最好的，这都多亏了你们，谢谢你们让这个游戏更加鲜活了！

Oh, it’ll probably take a while longer to finish the downloadable version of this puzzle. I’ve already completed all the basic content; now I just need to fix any bugs, polish the storyline, and add the TF animations! How long will that take? I have no idea! Hopefully, I can release it alongside the new translation!
