The last Oshi no Ko set wasn't up to my liking, I didn't quite like how it was so messy at times when I generate the images. I felt like I was fighting against the AI rather than working together with it. So I had been troubleshooting what could improve the stability of the whole generations. For one, I moved from reForge to Forge Neo and the result was better for stability and also slightly faster to generate each batch of image. I didn't expect reForge wasn't stable and it finally fixed the issue of artifacts at the very edges of the image I make. So future generations should look more cleaner, I emphasize on the should since there's always issues here and there. Even on this set, I had to troubleshoot again in the middle because when I was making Kana's part, a lot of my prompts was getting ignored again and her expression and scenes are just too stiff for my liking. Although I managed to fix it for this set, hopefully there won't be any major issues.

You might notice a large chunk of Omake being similar images is because those parts are the ones that I was struggling to get right due to the issue I faced. I wanted to include Memcho a bit but I can't and Miyako couldn't fit in this set too. And Miyako is too unstable and unreliable to be made so she only has a simple cameo for this set. I apologize for some of the messiness, in order to get the art style as close as the anime while still retaining my own style quirks. Things get unstable easily because of it.

I apologize for the slowness of my updates and I will also be refunding Heavy and True tier July's membership in order to push the schedule forward. As of now, I am already behind schedule for 2 months. I've been contemplating whether to close down Heavy and True temporarily or perhaps even remove Heavy tier entirely. For now it is still just one of the options for me to cut down on workload. However, It doesn't fix the underlying issue of my slow speed. And also I do not wish to reduce commissions slot, in fact I want to be able to accept more commissions as many of you have been asking me when there will be an available slot. And until now, I still can't give a clear answer when I can.

いつも応援していただき、本当にありがとうございます。

前回の【推しの子】セットは、自分としてはあまり納得のいく出来ではありませんでした。画像生成時の崩れが思っていた以上に多く、全体的にごちゃごちゃした印象になってしまったからです。制作中も、AIと一緒に作品を作っているというよりは、AIと戦いながら無理やり形にしているような感覚が強くありました。

そのため、この2日間は生成全体の安定性を改善できないか、いろいろと検証や調整を続けていました。

その一つとして、reForgeからForge Neoへ移行しました。その結果、生成の安定性が向上しただけでなく、画像のバッチ生成速度も少し速くなりました。reForgeがここまで不安定だったとは思っていませんでしたが、以前から悩まされていた画像の四隅や端に発生するアーティファクトも、ようやく解消することができました。

そのため、今後の作品はこれまでより綺麗な仕上がりになる……はずです。「はず」と書いたのは、この手の制作では毎回何かしら新しい問題が発生するからです。

実際、このセットでも途中で再びトラブルシューティングを行うことになりました。かなのパートを制作していた際に、プロンプトの内容がまた反映されにくくなってしまい、表情やシーン全体が自分の理想よりも硬く、不自然な印象になってしまいました。今回は何とか原因を突き止めて修正することができましたが、今後はこのような大きな問題が起きないことを願っています。

おまけ（Omake）に似たような画像が多く含まれていることに気づいた方もいるかもしれません。それらは、ちょうど問題が発生していた部分で、納得のいく結果になるまで何度も試行錯誤を繰り返していたためです。

本当はMEMちょももう少し登場させたかったのですが、今回はそこまで入れることができませんでした。また、ミヤコもこのセットにはうまく組み込めませんでした。そもそもミヤコは生成の安定性がかなり低く、思い通りに再現するのが非常に難しいキャラクターなので、今回は簡単なカメオ出演のみとなっています。

作品全体で少し荒く感じる部分があるかもしれませんが、アニメの絵柄にできるだけ近づけながらも、自分らしい作風を残そうとすると、どうしても生成が不安定になりやすくなってしまいます。そのため、この点についてはご理解いただけると嬉しいです。

そして、更新が遅くなってしまっていることについても、お詫び申し上げます。

スケジュールを少しでも前倒しするため、Heavy TierとTrue Tierの7月分メンバーシップにつきましては、返金対応を行う予定です。現在、制作スケジュールは約2か月遅れてしまっています。

また、Heavy TierとTrue Tierを一時的に停止すること、あるいはHeavy Tier自体を廃止することも選択肢の一つとして検討しています。ただ、それだけでは根本的な「制作速度が遅い」という問題は解決できません。

一方で、コミッション枠を減らしたいとは考えていません。むしろ、多くの方から「次はいつ募集されますか？」というお問い合わせをいただいているので、できることなら今よりも多くのコミッションを受けられるようになりたいと思っています。

ですが、現時点では、いつ新しい枠をご案内できるのか、自分でもはっきりとお伝えすることができません。

更新が遅くなってしまい、本当に申し訳ありません。
