Eye Health Update

I’ve been quiet this week because my left eye went partially blind. I thought it’d clear up fast, but recovery will take weeks or months. Stress caused swelling in my optic nerve, leading to a blind spot—but the real issue is my retinas, which are barely holding on. If I’m not careful, I could lose my vision permanently.

At first, I was pretty bitter about it, but the good news is that it’s fixable. Money is a concern, but I have support, and I’m still able to work. My eyesight sucks, so I need more breaks, but I’m staying productive. It’s frustrating, but I’m hopeful. If you’ve dealt with anything similar, I’d love to hear your experiences. :3

Nani Pelekai (Winner of the Remake Poll)

I’ve been working on Nani for a few days, but I probably won’t focus on her much this week since there’s a lot of furries coming up. However, I’m planning on adding complementary material in the future—especially since I’ll likely need minor surgeries and other treatments later this year. On those days or weeks when I need to rest, I want to leave something for you so you don’t miss me too much.

Cream the Rabbit

Cream has been a huge challenge—not surprising, but I’m also putting extra effort into her expressions. You’ll notice I’ve refined the headmod quite a bit. Let me know if you'd like to see a quick update on the other Sonic models too.

Gadget Hackwrench (Winner of the Standalone Poll)

At the time we ran this poll, we were still figuring out how to split different concepts. This time, an update for Gadget won, and since I don’t see any way to just "update" her, I’m treating this as a full remake.

Not much to show yet, but I’ll be working on her alongside Cream and should have an update by Thursday.
