Weekly Roundup 264 - Work on Wing 2 Gameover Started - Low Productivity due to Family Events

Hi everyone. Hope you had a great week!

This update will be a bit of a shorter one. The reason being that not much was able to be done over the past two weeks.

What I have done has been some business upkeep such as submitting and paying my quarterly taxes, but also submitting some work outlines to the writer and artist that I hope we'll get some great Wing 2 Lore entries and art from.

Other then those I spent just a few hours this week getting started on the photoshop artwork layers needed to turn the statue encounter into a Bindmancer Gameover Animation. But I've only just got started. There'll be some solid artwork to see by the end of next week!

Why was there two weeks of low productivity?

This will be a common story for those who have elderly parents with care needs. My siblings and I are helping out our old man who has short term memory loss and possibly Dimentia. (unconfirmed because he refuses treatment. But many signs are there.)

He recently lost his drivers license and then his car two weeks ago, and that frustration from him finally boiled over into him doing some irrational things like go walkabout.

He's ok now. But chasing him around and each day for a 7 day streak being a family drama sapped away any time or stability I needed to work.

We're over that hurdle now and I'll be able to get back into work properly from next week. It was just the last two weeks where I was thrown through a loop.
