[ Animation ] 12, Part 1: “The Mad Boober”

EDIT: Whoops! The first upload was the wrong version (the last animated scene had the music too loud). This has now been fixed!

Here is the first part of my new animated short, "The Mad Boober," which is based on a B.E. illustration I had created in 2017. This clip contains 34 seconds of initial animation as well as 45 seconds of subsequent animatic (the last 1 minute 10 seconds of the animatic is not shown).

Part 1 : This month I...

Wrote the script to 90% of the film (still working on one part).

Drew out a storyboard for the film.

Created an animatic of the entire film as a base to work from.

Created all the art for the animated sequences you see in this part.

Rigged and animated 34 seconds of movie.

Total Part 1 runtime : about 2 min 5 seconds.

As mentioned in a previous post, this project will be a multi-month production, though I hope it doesn't take as long as "PriorTITy Delivery." Considering how much I've gotten done so far, and the plans I have for the future, I believe this to be true.
