Thank you everyone for your input and advice and wisdom. I'll look into the Discord idea and get back to you guys when I have something more concrete in mind. I want to have something that's seamless or relatively painless and convenient while also protecting my work in the process. Trying to land on a solution that doesn't require you guys to jump through a bunch of hoops. Thank you for understanding.
For now I will put future archived works under a password MEGA that will be changed monthly but only given on an as-needed basis. Meaning: if you would like access to the archive, all you need to do is message me whenever you need it. I think this protective measure dilludes the ease of access for theft and creates just the right amount of gatekeeping so only those who care about access to the archive will receive it.
