This patch is for Windows/Linux only. The patch only includes episode 12 content.

Only patch your game if you know what you're doing. Download the full game instead if you are unsure.

Make a backup copy of your game before you patch.

The patch only works with the Season 3 base game Being A DIK - v0.11.0/v0.11.1/v0.12.0

Download the attachments to this post. Do not click "Download all"; that button doesn't always work as intended. Click each individual file below to download all files.

Instructions for PC and Linux users:

1. Download the three patch files named "BeingADIK-0.12.1-pc-lin-patch.z01", "BeingADIK-0.12.1-pc-lin-patch.z02". and "BeingADIK-0.12.1-pc-lin-patch.zip".

And make sure your folder looks like the image below.

2. Unzip the .zip file using WinRAR or 7-Zip. Do not extract with Windows' native tool; it will fail.

This is how you extract with WinRAR:

3. Copy the files in the patch folder into the "game" folder of Being A DIK v0.11.0/v0.11.1/v0.12.0. Overwrite files when prompted. (There is a video explaining this process included in the zip file.)

4. Play.

If your extraction fails, make sure you did steps 1 and 2 correctly. Read them carefully again.

If you want updated movie files for Episode Interlude and Episodes 9-11, which now include sex sounds, you must also download additional files according to these instructions.

Download "BeingADIK-0.12.1-sex-sounds-patch.zip" and "BeingADIK-0.12.1-sex-sounds-patch.z01"

Extract the contents of "BeingADIK-0.12.1-sex-sounds-patch.zip" using WinRar or 7-zip.

Copy the files in the patch folder to the "game" folder of Being A DIK v0.11.0/v0.11.1/v0.12.0 or your already patched Being A DIK v0.12.1. The order you patch your old game doesn't matter because none of the new patch files conflict. Overwrite files when prompted.

Note that the sex sound patch alone won't update your game to v0.12.1. If you want the sex sounds, you can download all five files from below.
