July poll winner: Ellen Joe

Ellen won! Throughout the polls duration it was very close between 3 different characters which is pretty rare. In the end Ellen beat out Nel by 11 votes, who beat out Shantae by 18! I'll be honest I had no idea who this character was before she won lol, very cool design though :)
