Its that time again!
Here are the Rules:
Round 1 - Ballots ( C-Tier and up)
Cast a Ballot for ONE character that fits under these categories:
Video Games - All games
Anime - Eastern Animation/Manga/Manhwa/Donghua
Toon - Western Animation/ Comics
Other - Any other viral characters that do not fit under the previous categories.
Format your ballot like this: Character name - Series (Category)
Example:
Nami - One Piece (Anime)
Duplicates and posts that aren't formatted correctly will be DELETED.
All ballot entries must go in accordance with the general rules stated on the project library.
Round 2 - Patron Poll ( All Patrons)
All Patrons will get to vote. The poll will last three days.
#1 of this post will take the number one spot on the rankings
Round 3 - Top Tier Poll ( B-Tier and up)
The final 16 will be voted on by the upper tiers.
WILD CARDS
3 entrants from round 2 will be chosen to get special packs made for them
Ballots will close on Tuesday
