And I decided to also ask you this time, what is your go-to way of dealing with nightmares or just unpleasant dreams in general? Are you the type to turn on some movie or video for comfort or listen to music to distract yourself? Or maybe you prefer reading or trying to think good thoughts instead 😁 maybe turning to a friend or going on any social media for some sort of distraction?
