Going with a premise that Toga's quirk lived on in Ochaco's bloodstream..
What if there were two Urarakas fainted on the ground that day, and we never knew which is is which. Is it the mentally deranged Toga living as Uraraka? Or the traumatized Uraraka pretending to be Toga (who's pretending to be her) in a manic denial of Toga's death.
