You deserve kindness, always. - A warning that this might be triggering for some. I've tried to record this over the last 2-3 years but was always unsuccessful. Being in therapy for the last year has helped me to process my own trauma enough to get through an audio like this and hopefully I can make more comforting content like I used to. I think these audios can be so powerful and important. We all need to hear these words sometimes. Inside all of us are past versions of ourselves that will stay with us forever, it's important to recognise each of them and give them the safety & love they always deserved. Words from the script author to inform on trigger points: " This Script is written as a kind voice hoping to guide you into being kind to your imagined 'inner child'. This is written for those who might've experienced Emotional, Verbal or Physical abuse from adults in their life.

It is merely a casual exercise in encouraging self-care & kindness.
