Uneven Growth

Jake stared at the vial, a shimmering, viscous liquid that promised the impossible. He'd heard the whispers, the rumors of this experimental drug, something that could push beyond human limits. And then he felt a strange pressure, a tearing sound as the fabric gave way, and there he saw it, a massive bulge straining against his pants, desperately forcing it's way until it finally ripped through his pants violently, spraying amounts of cum he never thought could ever be possible...
