[Tier 3] Character poll character suggestion post

Hello, since there was a fiasco with Discord and Patreon integration, I'm going to try a new method for character poll.

How it works in few steps!

1. Post your character suggestion here as comment

2. 4 characters will be chosen from the suggestion

3. There will be a poll post that all Patron can participate and decide winner
