Weekly Roundup - 11/27/2023 - Passionate Pixel Plaps – cookiedraggy

Our goal is still to release in December. We'll see how it goes! We're on a short vacation next week. We thought about canceling it to make up for the lost time from getting sick, but in the end we figured it would only burn us out and get us even more sick. So we're taking the vacay and hopefully returning refreshed to finish the build. If not, we'll release it in January! I'd really love to start into the new year without the pressure of a build release, tho. xD

Animation Update

The animation is coming along nicely! I got most of it blocked out and finished rendering a lot of the frames. The climax is still, well, coming. ^w~ After that he's ready!

Later down the line, the animation will be a reward for a mini-quest involving him, but as of now, you can grab it for free by talking to him in the village!

Level Building

Most of the new levels have been greyboxed and can be decorated. There is still one final room to be done and one more involved combat sequence that is tied to it.

Right now bunny is working on implementing the fast travel system - we’d really like to ship the next build with it included.
