Yo Howdies,I got some ideas for some changes around these parts so be sure to comment and let me know how ya feel with what I've got planned moving forward, but 1st....Why the updates:Due to the ever undying piracy sites, I plan on changing up the way content moves throughout patreon. I don't want it to and it feels like I'm the teacher who punishes the whole class instead of just the kid whose makin trouble, but in the long run this will detering the piracy ships of the world wide web. It just doesn't feel right to have you all support me with your hard earned money and time, only for me to fail following through on givin you what I said I would.Also, not to worry any of ya, things have been gettin a lil tighter than usual so plugging some leaks would benefit this whole operation on all sides. AGAIN nothin to worry about just somethin I felt the needed to share since it is happening and I dont want these decesions to seem like they're comin out of nowhere. I've thought about some of these ideas for years and how to make them work while still keepin you good people comfortable~When the updates:
I plan on running with this new system of operations on the 1st of September of this year, hopefully that'll give everyone enough time to prepare (if need be) and get used to the system.How the updates:STILL HAPPENING:
$10 tier will recieve all qualities of any content (EXCEPT rendered)
$10 will recieve a monthly suggestion board for YCH requests
$20 will retain access to all qualities of work (INCLUDING rendered)
$20 will recieve a monthly suggestion board for Custom requests (Full Access Fiend)
Any request, regardless of date, on either the YCH board or Custom Request board will be completed so long as it has never been done before and remains within the guidelines of the Request Board. I also have a rule of not doin the same person twice within a month so everybody should send a request every month, it could be you who sees your own idea up there!
NEW STUFF:
The $5 and $15 tiers will be removed, every prior $5 and $15 post will be moved to the $10 tier
$10 tier memebers will recieve a 5% discount on all YCH orders (send your email/username along with your order to get 5% off your YCH orders)
GIFs and Comics will be moved to the $10 tier
Rendered Comics or Completed Animations will be on the $20 tier
On a bi-weekly basis, access keys will be privately DM'd to each active member of the $10 and $20 tiers. The keys will give access to a Library Of Content (LOC) that will be constantly updated for each tier indiviually.
POTENTIAL CHANGES:
"Stink Bomb Saturday": Instead of content getting released every other weekday, the collective amount of work created within a week is uploaded on Saturdays, within the aforementioned Library of Content. This would mean less frequent updates but more content all at once, 4 times a week.
I'll be experimenting with this new system a bit in July and August to get folks on the same page so please CHECK YOU DMs FREQUENTLY for the latest access key and link to your tiers rewards.I say it everytime and I truly mean it, thank you all for your support and interactions and messages. I've been slower than I like on fufillin a bunch of orders and requests mainly due to a newer living situation and issuses with my arm over long periods of time, but I've decided to get more serious about treating this like the job it is and focusing on finishing pieces quicker and more efficienctly, for requests, commissions and content as a whole!
