Let's Talk about my masochist kink (WORKING TIME AND COMMISSIONS)

Hello Fellows comrades.

I wish you all a very happy new year, again, with lots of good things.

I've been thinking about starting this post for a few months now, but it's taken time for the same reason I'm finally creating it.

✨I DON'T HAVE THE TIME.✨

I really don't. And yet, I'm trying, because I want to make you happy.

I'll skip straight to the conclusion, and I suggest you read the details afterward.

CONCLUSION: I'm going to plan my work differently, and group the fresh commissions into a single day, twice a week, and dedicate those two days exclusively to working on that. If I'm unable to work on one of the indicated days, I'll reschedule it to another day as a priority.

For context, I'm so grateful to be able to do what I do for you. It allows me to live, and to flourish in my passions too, because with my mental health issues, my visceral inability to return to an office job, and the fact that I can be very mobile with my other job in the film industry, I'm not bound by a standard office schedule. It's an incredible relief, and I put a lot of pressure on myself to meet your expectations, sometimes to the point of making myself sick, even though you're all so sweet and patient. So I've been looking into the current situation and what's causing the current limitations on working conditions.

Offering you commissions is a way for me to give you some control over the editorial calendar. The channel reflects what you like, and that's important to me, as is ensuring that my perspective and tastes resonate with you. However, my working hours are very inconsistent these days.

Here's a comparative graph of my time over the last two weeks, and what would allow me to move in the right direction.

The time I spend on commissions is substantial, and other tasks, like writing posts and other things, are unavoidable. Spending time with you, chatting, planning things too.

So time is lost because I can't plan anything worthwhile the rest of the time. I can't invest in bigger projects, drawing, creating little surprises, forming partnerships, and even developing the channel in different ways, with sex workers, or for games—basically, lots of cool stuff.

So for now, we're keeping Tuesdays and Thursdays as commission days to script them too.

In the meantime, I'm taking on projects, but deliverables might not arrive at any other time than Tuesdays and Thursdays. Obviously, if it's ready, I'll send it to you, but I'm trying to be a bit disciplined to avoid going stir-crazy.

So, let's do it this way! I have a lot of errands today, I'm a little overwhelmed, so I'm going to really clear things out before getting organized, but at least it's out there, you know.
