all finished animations in 2023 will be in 60fps for supporters

I feel the quality of my work is enough where I can feel justified putting in the extra effort to render the final product in 60fps

for now, older releases will stay the same with no remaster. I do plan on giving a framerate upgrade, but I will wait until I can afford a new PC

I have made the decision to continue waiting on releasing VR variations until Equirectangular Panoramic camera is fully released for Eevee

Blender foundation is working on legitimate support for vr cameras. Whenever it releases (hopefully soon) there will be a massive quality increase with ~1/5th the rendering time to create a VR video

My initial goal as a animator was to focus on VR content, but it requires an unreasonable amount of time where I cannot use my PC
