While you're sitting in Molly's section, you won't lift a finger! And smushed under her belly, you probably won't be able to in the first place. I imagine this takes place in the time between the first part and epilogue of VFN. Molly gets a new waitressing job and subsequently has a lot of mishaps the plumper she gets.
