Dipper and Mabel Test

Here's a random illustration of Mabel and Dipper in a test style for the next part of Bawdy Falls. I want to upgrade to still keeping a mostly flat style, but doing some things differently, while adding minimal shading to add some extra depth to the models.

I actually lined this with the same textured Real G-Pen tool that I lined the latest scene of Bawdy Falls with, but I used some vector selection tools to switch the lines over to the normal G-Pen. I mostly finished this last weekend, but I wanted to take random looks at some things throughout the week to make sure I liked the options before posting. This weekend I'm going to have to do something that gives a frontal shot of Pacifica so that I can test her model with the hair shading decisions, which I'll likely try to include a back shot of Mabel or someone else so that I can test the colored lines from the other side.

Also, last weekend I worked on something else in preparation for the next scene of Bawdy Falls, but I don't think I'll be posting that quite yet.
