I wanted to try out one of the only things that helps me sleep when I'm struggling - the alphabet game! Towards the end of the audio is when it starts and all you have to do is think of an animal beginning with your letter! Feel free to pause between each one or let it roll over to the next one. I'll leave 20-30 seconds between each one and if you think of an animal before that time is up, start thinking of your next letter's animal! Keep going until (hopefully) you fall asleep.
