Oh, they're coming! When exactly? Tricky question, but we're aiming for before the end of the year. We're a bit stretched thin right now, so we couldn't finish the 18+ version alongside the vanilla release. But it's already underway.
We plan to release it first for our Patreon subscribers, and later add it as a DLC on Steam. Hopefully, Steam-chan won't smack us with her ban hammer for this hornication!
