Suggestion box poll - First and Last places get drawn

On this double-winner mode, Not only first place gets drawn, but also the last place (with the least votes)! It's a pretty dynamic way to give a chance to less popular ideas, since you can check the poll often and switch your vote around to fight for last place. It can make a difference!
